SYMPTOMS
========

When you minimize and then restore Microsoft Motocross Madness 2 during a race,
the textures in the game may be distorted.

When you exit and then restart the race in Motocross Madness 2, the textures are
restored.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, configure the game to use the software renderer:

1. Press the ESC key, and then click Quit Event.

2. Click Options ([GRAPHIC:the three gears]).

3. Click Advanced.

4. Click to select the "Show 3-D Renderer Selector at Startup" check box, and
  then click Back ([GRAPHIC:the pointing hand]) until you return to the
  Motocross Madness 2 startup screen.

5. Click the X to quit Motocross Madness 2.

6. Start Motocross Madness 2.

7. In the "Please choose a 3-D card" box, click Software Rasterization, and then
  click OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Motocross Madness 2,
version 2.0.

You cannot switch from Motocross Madness 2 to a different program by pressing
ALT+TAB. However, if you press one of the following Hot Keys on a Microsoft
Natural Keyboard Pro, Microsoft Internet Keyboard, or Microsoft Internet
Keyboard Pro, Motocross Madness 2 is minimized automatically.
