SYMPTOMS
========

When you play Microsoft Motocross Madness 2, some sound effects may be played if
you click to clear the "In-game Sound Effects" check box on the Sound tab of the
Options screen.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

- A Creative Labs Sound Blaster AWE64 sound card is installed in your computer.

- The sound driver for your sound card is outdated.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest sound driver for your
sound card from the following Creative Technology Web site:

  http://www.soundblaster.com
