SYMPTOMS
========

When you use WebDav to copy a file that is larger than 100 megabytes over a
secure connection to a Web folder, the file copy process may not work, and you
may receive the following error message:

  An error occurred copying some or all of the selected files.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For
additional information, click the following article number to view the article

NOTE: This is a server-side hotfix, so it only needs to be applied to the
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) server.

IMPORTANT: Network problems and insufficient free disk space on the client or
server can also generate the error message that is listed in the "Symptoms"
section of this article. If you apply this hotfix to the IIS server and the
problem is not resolved, you may need to create more free disk space or verify
that network problems are not causing the problem.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that
are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in
Windows 2000 Service Pack 3.
