SYMPTOMS
========

When you add users or groups as operators in the default FTP or default Web
site, groups do not appear in the Select Users or Groups dialog box. As a
result, you cannot use groups to control operator privileges on the Web sites.


WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, add users individually to the operators list.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For
additional information, click the following article number to view the article
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
