SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to install Microsoft Baseball 2001, Setup may stop responding
(hang).

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the Gravis Xperience software version 2.1 is running
on your computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, quit the Gravis Xperience software before you install
Baseball 2001:

1. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE.

2. In the Close Program dialog box, click Dbserver, and then click End Task.

  If you receive a message that the program is busy or not responding, click End
  Task again.

3. Install Baseball 2001.
