SYMPTOMS
========
In Exchange Server version 5.5, free and busy information for resources such as
conference rooms may disappear while the auto accept script is running.
CAUSE
=====
Under certain circumstances, the Exchange Server 5.5 SP3 Cdo.dll file may
erroneously remove free and busy information from resources while the auto
accept script is running for automatic booking of conference rooms.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5.
