SYMPTOMS
========

A memory leak may result in user profiles being lost.

CAUSE
=====

If Windows does not load the current user profile (local or remote) because of a
low-memory condition, Windows issues a new default profile and the existing
profile is lost.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT Server
version 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, click the
