SYMPTOMS
========
The international calls calling card dialog box was changed after Service Pack 4
to allow you to type information in individual steps instead of a single long
string. This organizes the string for users, but limits the number of steps you
can use when dialing international calls. This may cause a problem completing
international calls using calling cards.
