SYMPTOMS

When you try to print from Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word in landscape mode
from a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer, using the Hewlett-Packard (HP)
LaserJet 8100 PCL6 printer driver, you may receive a STOP 0x1e error message.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, obtain the latest updated printer driver from the
Hewlett-Packard Web site.
