SYMPTOMS
========
When a user opens a message in the Sent Items folder, clicks "Reply to All",
removes some recipients from the To or Cc box, and then sends the reply, the
user may receive a non-delivery report (NDR) that includes all of the recipients
from the original message.
If diagnostic logging is set to maximum for the transport category on the
Exchange Server information store in the Exchange Server Administrator program,
the following event error message is logged:

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5.
