SYMPTOMS
========

When you click Allegiance Zone or Free Zone Game after you start Microsoft
Allegiance, your computer may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE
=====

This behavior occurs if your computer is not connected to the Internet.

Your computer connects to the Internet when you start Allegiance. However, the
Internet connection may take a short amount of time to be established.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, wait for your computer to connect to the Internet before
you start Allegiance.

To confirm that you are connected to the Internet, attempt to connect to the
following Zone.com Web site:

  http://www.zone.com/allegiance
