SYMPTOMS
========
When a delegate attempts to modify an owner's appointment a second time, the
delegate may receive one of the following error messages, the first for Outlook
97, or the second for Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000:
- Unable to directly book the resource "ResourceAccount". Would you like to
send a meeting request to the resource instead? If not, you may want to
remove the resource from the attendee list.
- Unable to directly book the resource "ResourceAccount". This resource does
not allow direct booking for recurring appointments. Would you like to send a
meeting request to the resource instead? If not, you may want to remove the
resource from the attendee list.
This error message is displayed if the appointment has a Microsoft Schedule+
resource account invited for direct booking.
