SYMPTOMS
========

After you install Service Pack 4 on a computer running either Microsoft Windows
NT Workstation 4.0 or Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0, a registry entry
referring to Q147222 appears under the Hotfix key at the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Hotfix

STATUS

This behavior is by design for Service Pack 4.
