CD-ROM: XML Notepad Does Not Uninstall Correctly
------------------------------------------------

The CD-ROM that accompanies this book contains a copy of Microsoft XML Notepad.
This tool can be installed with the setup program located in the tools/XML
Notepad directory. However, the tool does not uninstall correctly.

If you uninstall this program using the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel,
references to the XML Notepad application and the ReadMe file are not removed
from the Start|Programs menu. These references have to be deleted manually. To
delete the references, from the Start menu select Programs, and then right click
the file name and choose Delete from the submenu.

the document looks similar to..."

To:

Chap04\Lst4_1.htm file on the companion CD, the document looks similar to..."

Page 113: Closing Tag Is Incorrect
----------------------------------

On page 113, under the UNQUALIFIED NAMES paragraph, the closing tag is
incorrect.

Change:

     <NAME>Bloodroot</Title>
     <QUANTITY>10</QUANTITY>
  </PRODUCT>

To:
