SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to print driving directions with strip maps in Microsoft
Expedia Streets and Trips 2000, only the first page of output may be printed
properly.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

- You are running Expedia Streets and Trips 2000 on a Microsoft Windows
  95-based computer.

- You print to a Hewlett-Packard 720-series printer.

NOTE: This issue does not occur when you run Expedia Streets and Trips 2000 on a
Microsoft Windows 98-based computer.
