SYMPTOMS

When you connect to a game room or lobby on the Zone, you may receive the
following error message:

  An incomplete Zone installation was detected.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Zone.com software is not installed properly.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are
presented.

Remove and then Reinstall the Heartbeat ActiveX Control

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

3. Click MSN Gaming Zone, and then click Add/Remove.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the Zone software.

5. Visit the following Zone.com Web site to reinstall the Zone software:
