When you attempt to open a saved trip or map in Microsoft Expedia Streets and
Trips 2000, you may receive either of the following error messages:
Failed to open document.
Unexpected file format.
After you click OK, the selected trip or map may not be displayed properly on the
screen.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if you attempt to open trips or maps saved in Microsoft
Expedia Streets 98 or Microsoft Expedia Trip Planner 98.
