SYMPTOMS
========

On a Terminal Server with Service Pack 4 (SP4) installed, Winlogon.exe may cause
CPU usage to spike, causing delays when a user logs on. The spikes and delays
vary with the number of profiles on the system. All logged-on users experience
the delay when a user logs on.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0,
Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, please see the following
