SYMPTOMS
========

When you connect to the Microsoft Zone.com and enter a game room for Microsoft
Asheron's Call, the Play button may be unavailable or the Play button may be
replaced with a Downloading button.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur for any of the following reasons:

- The Microsoft Asheron's Call servers are not on line.

- The software necessary to play Asheron's Call is not installed on your
  computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:

- Wait until the Asheron's Call servers are available.

  When the servers are available, the Play button becomes available.
  Additionally, information concerning the status of the Asheron's Call servers
  may be displayed in the game room window.

- Wait until the necessary Asheron's Call software is finished being installed
  on your computer. When the software is installed, the Play button becomes
  available.
