SYMPTOMS
========

If you are using English language versions of either Microsoft Outlook or
Microsoft Exchange Client, you may receive a message if you have exceeded your
mailbox limit. An excerpt of this message is shown below:

  Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
  Your mailbox size is xxx KB.

This message is localized for Czech language versions of Outlook and Exchange
Client. However, the text does not provide the same information as it does in
English.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5.

Microsoft used the most current virus detection software available on the date of
posting to scan this file for viruses. Once posted, the file is housed on secure
servers that prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.5. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service
Pack 4.
