SYMPTOMS
========
When you play Microsoft Asheron's Call, you may see a monster on your screen,
but other players you are playing with do not see the monster.
In addition, you cannot examine or attack this monster.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior occurs if the server is not updating your computer with current
game data.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, leave and then reenter the Asheron's Call game world:
1. On the Asheron's Call game screen, click Options ([GRAPHIC:the green triangle
with two check boxes]) in the lower right corner of the screen.
2. Click Leave World, and then click Yes.
3. Click your character's name, and then click Enter Game.
