SYMPTOMS
========

When you play Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings on a Microsoft Windows
2000-based computer, the pointer may blink or flash.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:

- Your video adapter is based on the 3Dfx Voodoo 3 chipset.

- You need to install an updated video driver for your video adapter.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire about how
to obtain and install the latest version of the video driver for your video
adapter.
