SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to start a multiplayer Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings game
on the Microsoft Zone.com, the Zone may prompt you to insert the Age of Empires
II CD-ROM even if it is already inserted in the CD-ROM drive.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings is already
running when you sign on to the Zone.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue:

1. Quit Age of Empires II.

2. Sign off from the Zone.

3. Sign back on to the Zone.

4. Navigate to the Age of Empires II game room, and then host or join a
  multiplayer game.

MORE INFORMATION
================

When the host starts the multiplayer game, the Zone starts Age of Empires II
automatically.
