SYMPTOMS
========

When you start Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings, you may be unable to see the
opening movie. However, you may be able to hear the sounds in the opening movie.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

- A Hercules Terminator Beast video adapter is installed in your computer.

- An outdated video driver for your Hercules Terminator Beast video adapter is
  installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the Hercules
Terminator Beast video driver from the following Hercules Web site:

  http://www.hercules.com
