SYMPTOMS
========
When you use Windows NT 4.0 Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) as a Remote
Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) client on a RADIUS server running
Microsoft Windows 2000 Internet Authentication Service (IAS), callback numbers
assigned to a user in Windows NT 4.0 domains may not work.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior occurs because an incompatibility exists between Windows NT 4.0
RRAS and Windows 2000 IAS.
RESOLUTION
==========
Windows NT Server or Workstation 4.0

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or the

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT
Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
This problem was first corrected in Windows NT Server 4.0 Service Pack 6 and
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 6.
