SYMPTOMS
========

If you disconnect from the Internet while you are running Microsoft Encarta
World Atlas 2000 or Encarta Interactive World Atlas 2001, you may receive a
warning message stating that you are no longer connected to the Internet.

When you click OK, Encarta World Atlas stops responding for several minutes, and
then you receive the following error message:

  The page cannot be displayed.

  The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be
  experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
  settings.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are
listed at the beginning of this article.
