SYMPTOMS
========

When you start Microsoft NBA Inside Drive 2000, you may be unable to hear the
soundtrack of the introductory video clip.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if audio compression is not installed.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, install audio compression:

1. Quit NBA Inside Drive 2000.

2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

3. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

4. Click the Windows Setup tab.

5. Under Components, click Multimedia, and then click Details.

6. Click to select the Audio Compression check box, and then click OK.

7. Click OK.

8. Restart NBA Inside Drive 2000.
