SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to play the "Arabian Camel" video clip in Full Screen Video
mode in Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 2000, you experience both of the
following symptoms:

- The video clip continues to be played in the program window instead of in
  Full Screen Video mode.

- The "An essential component for full-screen video is missing" online Help
  topic is displayed.

If you then attempt to play any other video clip in Full Screen Video mode, the
video clip is played in the program window.

NOTE: This issue occurs only with the DVD-ROM version of Encarta Encyclopedia
2000.

RESOLUTION
==========

To play any video clip except "Arabian Camel" in Full Screen Video mode, quit
Encarta Encyclopedia, restart the computer, and then play the video clip.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia
2000.
