SYMPTOMS
========

If you remove Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 99 during the installation of
Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 2000, Setup may quit unexpectedly before Encarta
Encyclopedia 2000 is installed.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, restart Setup after it quits unexpectedly and install
Encarta Encyclopedia 2000.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia
2000.
