When you attempt install Encarta Reference Suite 2000, you may receive an error
message similar to the following:

  Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 2000 requires at least 8 MB of memory.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Encarta Reference
Suite 2000.

The minimum amount of memory required to run Encarta Reference Suite 2000 is as
follows:

- 24 megabytes (MB) of RAM for a Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows
  98-based computer.

- 32 MB of RAM for a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer.
