SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to install a program included in Encarta Reference Suite 2000,
you may be prompted to choose between the following options:

- Remove All

- Exit Setup

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

- Encarta Reference Suite 2000 is installed on your computer.

- You previously removed the program you want to install.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Encarta Reference
Suite 2000.

MORE INFORMATION
================

You cannot reinstall an individual program included in Encarta Reference Suite
2000 without first removing all of the programs included in Encarta Reference
Suite 2000.
