SYMPTOMS
========

When you take your computer out of the APM suspend mode and you have enabled a
screen saver password, the Windows taskbar may come to the foreground. You can
gain access to any programs that are running and start new programs using the
Start menu even though you cannot see them.

RESOLUTION
==========

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to
correct the problem described in this article and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem.

NOTE: In special cases, charges that are normally incurred for support calls may

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this issue, you can use either of the workarounds in the
following list:

- Click to clear the Always OnTop check box on the Taskbar Properties sheet.
- Use the Channel Screen Saver included with Internet Explorer.
