SYMPTOMS
========

If you copy an image from Microsoft Encarta World English Dictionary 2000 and
then paste the image into Microsoft Paint, the image may appear jagged or blocky
and its colors may be rendered incorrectly.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior occurs when you run Encarta World English Dictionary 2000 on a
Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, paste the copied image into a graphics program other
than Paint.
