SYMPTOMS
========
When you attempt to install the Character Map tool from the Add/Remove Programs
tool in Control Panel, Character Map is not on the list of installable tools.
The following tools may also be missing:
- Mouse Pointers
- Net Watcher
- Quick View
- System Monitor
- Windows 95 Tour
- Multilanguage Support
CAUSE
=====
This issue can occur if you installed Windows 95 from floppy disk. The tools
listed earlier in this article are available on the Windows 95 CD-ROM, but not
on the floppy disks.
RESOLUTION
==========
To work around this issue, follow the instructions listed in the following
