SYMPTOMS
========

In Systems Management Server 2.0, a package that is advertised to one collection
may be incorrectly offered to a different collection. This problem occurs on
secondary sites only.

CAUSE
=====

Offer Manager modifies the wrong .col file to contain the advertisement ID. As a
result, the .ins and .ofr files are modified to point to the wrong collection.

WORKAROUND
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Systems Management
Server 2.0. For additional information, click the following article number to

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Systems Management Server 2.0.
This problem was first corrected in Systems Management Server 2.0 Service Pack
Service Pack 1.
