SYMPTOMS
========
It is possible that when Outlook Web Access (OWA) is being heavily used the CDO
component may fail in Internet Information Server (IIS). The symptoms may vary
including Dr. Watson messages and messages reporting that IIS is no longer
responding or accepting client requests.
WORKAROUND
==========
Restart IIS for continued normal operation.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server
version 5.5. For additional information, please see the following article in the

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the OWA component of Microsoft
