SYMPTOMS
========

Alpha computers may randomly stop responding and display blue screen error
messages.

CAUSE
=====

This problem occurs because there are some Alpha interrupt dispatch routines
within Windows NT that do not handle interrupt objects properly. This causes
some internal coding to take the wrong path and can lead to random crashes.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0. For
