SYMPTOMS
========

If you open Personal Interviewer in Microsoft Business Planner while Personal
Interviewer is already open, certain keyboard commands may no longer function in
Personal Interviewer.

In addition, if you open an Action Plan page while an Action Plan page is already
open, you can no longer use the TAB key to move through the list of articles.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue:

1. Click Exit on the Wizard toolbar.

2. Click Personal Interviewer on the Go menu.

  -or-

  Click Action Plan on the Business Plan Outlines or Marketing Outlines menu
  from within a Business Planner wizard.

To prevent this issue from occurring, do not open Personal Interviewer while
Personal Interviewer is already open, or an Action Plan while an Action Plan is
already open.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Business Planner.
