SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to start Microsoft Business Planner, you may experience a
20-second delay before the program starts.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you are viewing a wizard interview page when you quit
Business Planner, and one or more of the following conditions is true:

- You run Business Planner on a Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows NT
  4.0-based computer.

- You attempt to start Business Planner immediately after you quit the program.

RESOLUTION
==========

To prevent this issue from occurring, click Exit on the Wizard toolbar before
you quit Business Planner.
