SYMPTOMS
========

When you click a Publisher wizard link in a Microsoft Business Planner article,
a blank full page publication may be displayed when Microsoft Publisher 2000
starts.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior occurs if the "Use Catalog at startup" option in Publisher 2000 is
turned off.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, turn on the "Use Catalog at startup" option:

1. Start Publisher 2000.

2. On the Tools menu, click Options.

3. On the General tab, click to select the "Use Catalog at startup" check box.

4. Click OK.

5. Quit Publisher 2000.

6. Start Business Planner, return to the page that contains the Publisher wizard
  link, and then click the link.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Business Planner.
