SYMPTOMS

When you play Microsoft Midtown Madness, you may not receive credit for passing
through checkpoints.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if the video frame rate (the speed at which images are
drawn on the screen, usually measured in frames per second) in the game is very
slow.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, configure Midtown Madness to improve the video frame rate
in the game.
