SYMPTOMS
========

When you play Microsoft Midtown Madness, your game controller may unexpectedly
stop functioning.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if your sound card does not support the audio options
selected in the game.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, reduce the sound quality in the game. To do this, follow
these steps:

1. On the Midtown Madness startup screen, click Options.

2. Click Audio Options.

3. Under Stereo Fx, click Mono.

4. Under Sound Quality, click Low.

5. Click Done.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Midtown Madness,
version 1.0.
