SYMPTOMS
========
If a Lotus Notes server has a double-byte character set (DBCS) 8-bit character
in its fully qualified domain name (FQDN) and a Microsoft Exchange Connector for
Lotus Notes is installed and configured against the Lotus Notes server, the
Lotus Notes server rejects all connection requests.
STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are
