SUMMARY
=======
The Microsoft Windows 95 Year 2000 Corporate Update (Corpupd.exe) is a follow-up
to the Microsoft Windows 95 Year 2000 Update (W95y2k.exe). Note that the
W95y2k.exe program must be installed before installing the Corpupd.exe program.
The Windows 95 Year 2000 Corporate Update performs the following actions:
- Removes "Windows 95 Year 2000 Update" from the list of installed programs in
the Add/Remove Programs tool.
- Removes an extraneous copy of the Command.com file from the Windows\Command
folder.
- Installs an updated Vdhcp.386 (version 4.10.1660) file needed for either the
Dial-Up Networking Update (DUN1.3) or Windows Sockets 2.0.
- Installs the QfeCheck utility.
- Modifies the registry to permit detection by the QfeCheck utility.
- Places a file named Corpupd.txt in the Windows folder.

The following command-line switches are available for use with the Corporate
Update:
- /Q
No prompts, error messages, or file-extraction animation.
- /Q:1
No prompts except file-extraction animation and error messages.
- /Q:A
No prompts, no error messages, no checking for disk space, or administrative
rights, possibly useful for push installations.
- /Q:U
No initial prompt, does show file-extraction animation, and reboot dialog box
(if required).
The Microsoft Windows 95 Year 2000 Corporate Update places the following values
