SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to print from Microsoft Expedia Streets and Trips 2000, you may
receive the following error message:

  Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

  Runtime Error!
  Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Expedia Streets &
  Trips\System\Autmap71.exe
  Abnormal Program Termination

If you click OK, you may receive the following error message:

  This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the
  problem persists, contact the program vendor.

If you click Details, you receive the following error message:

  Autmap71 caused an invalid page fault in module Mfc42.dll.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you are using a Hewlett Packard (HP) printer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue:

1. Download and install the latest printer driver available for your HP printer
  from the following Hewlett Packard Web site:

  http://www.hp.com/

2. Configure your computer to use this printer driver when you print from
  Expedia Streets and Trips 2000. To do this:

  a. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.

  b. Right-click the Hewlett Packard printer.

  c. Click "Set as Default".

  d. Close the Printers window.
