SYMPTOMS
========

When you extract one of the following files from the Windows NT Service Pack 4
CD-ROM, or from the Internet, it may appear that the only file extracted are
font files:

- Sp4alpha.exe
- Sp4i386.exe
- Sp5alpha.exe
- Sp5i386.exe

CAUSE
=====

This issue can occur for any of the following reasons:

- You are viewing the files over a network connection.
- You used the /X command line switch to extract one of the files listed in the
  Symptoms section of this article.

RESOLUTION
==========

Windows NT Server or Workstation 4.0

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0. For
