WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems
that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor
incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Create an emergency repair disk. Click Start, click Run, type "rdisk /s"
(without the quotation marks) in the Open box, and then click OK.

2. Use the Regedt32.exe program to edit the following registry key

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CURRENT_CONTROL_SET/SERVICES/FCA_SCSI/PARAMETERS/DEVICE<n>

where <n> is number from 0 to 4.

Edit the registry key to contain the following values:

  DriverParameter SCSI 1 32 4 125 64 LPORT 8 128 1 16 4096 0xFFFFFF
                    (REG_SZ)
