SYMPTOMS

The Ping Tool button may not be available (appears dimmed) when a remote control
session is first started.
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this issue, open a command prompt to perform the ping test.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 2.0.
