SYMPTOMS
========
In Windows NT and Windows 95/98, the Interface Type table contains WAN
interfaces marked as LAN.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior occurs because the RASARP/WANARP module adds the wrong value for
the interface type in the IF_TABLE. It marks the WAN interface as LAN.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0. For

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are
