SYMPTOMS
========

The Save Settings on Exit option of User Manager (Usrmgr.exe) does not work
unless you quit User Manager manually.

CAUSE
=====

This is a known issue in Windows NT Server.

RESOLUTION
==========

To quit User Manager and save the settings:

1. Click User.

2. Click exit.

3. Or, press Alt+F4 while the User Manager window is active.

STATUS
======

This is not a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000. Active Directory Users and
Computers saves settingspon any type of exit.
